Like the jester in the medieval court, we have no agenda except telling you what we actually see. We won’t sell you something you don’t need. We won’t recommend “do X” because we happen to do X. If we don’t think we can help, we’ll say so and you’ll keep your budget.

We don’t want you to need us forever. The work has to compound – your team has to walk out with frameworks, instincts, and habits that keep paying off after we leave. If you have to call us back every quarter to repeat the same thing, we did it wrong.
