Pascal has spent his career pushing the boundaries of technology and passionately believes it can profoundly impact the betterment of humankind. His past work includes founding eBay’s Platform Solutions Group in Europe, leading Mozilla’s Open Innovation Lab and Office of the Chair, and serving as Principal at Google.org investing in social impact organizations globally.

He is the bestselling author of Disrupt Disruption: How to Decode the Future, Disrupt Your Industry, and Transform Your Business and the forthcoming Built for Turbulence: How to Lead Organizations That Strengthen Under Stress (2026). Pascal serves on various digital advisory boards, advises startups, and is co-founder of The Women’s Impact Alliance.


Jane Finette

Jane is obsessed with accelerating change at scale. Her passion, expertise, and three decades of experience are anchored at the intersection of community building and human potential. Jane’s past work includes leadership roles at eBay, Sotheby’s, and Mozilla, where she founded and ran large international teams, built products, and grew large scale open-source communities.

She is the founder of The Women’s Impact Alliance (formerly The Coaching Fellowship), a 501(c)(3) non-profit that has provided leadership development and coaching to over 2,500 women from 90+ countries. Jane serves on boards focused on reproductive healthcare access and conservation, and is author of Unlocked: How Empowered Women Empower Women.


Maria Fernanda (Mafe) Saldarriaga

Principal,Business Development & Client Lead

Mafe works closely with clients globally to create customized engagements that equip them with the knowledge and tools to build future-ready organizations. Previously, she led Business Development at Fastrack Institute, helping cities transform by adopting exponential technologies, working directly with Salim Ismail (first executive director of Singularity University and award-winning author) to develop initiatives in cities worldwide.

At Hult International Business School, Mafe led sales and marketing of Master’s Degree Programs throughout Latin America across eight countries. She is a mentor to many organizations and passionate about inspiring individuals to live radically different lives.


Jeffrey Rogers

Jeffrey believes the future is too important to be left to the futurists, and his grand professional goal is to empower more people to think, act, live, and lead as if the future is theirs to create. He is passionate about lifelong learning and designing unique learning experiences that build knowledge while fostering community.

Jeffrey has been a top-rated facilitator and moderator of executive education programs and international summits at Singularity University since 2017. He’s also served as guest lecturer and workshop leader at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Stanford’s d.school, and ECAL in Lausanne. Engaging, dynamic, and practice-oriented, Jeffrey helps leaders navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

She has deep expertise in scaling SaaS companies, market expansion, and AI-driven innovation, having guided startups from launch to exit and advised Fortune 500 organizations on digital transformation.

Named one of the Most Influential People in Accounting and a Top 25 Thought Leader, Kacee brings sharp strategic insight to emerging technologies, helping organizations navigate disruption and unlock new opportunities. Her work spans thought leadership curation, delivering compelling presentations, and producing high-impact events that engage business leaders. Based in Southern California, she mentors emerging leaders, advocates for women in technology, and organizes beach cleanups for environmental preservation.

As a Stanford University Innovation Fellow and former leader of a non-profit incubator, he facilitates intent-driven solutions that balance breakthrough thinking with practical execution.

Julian believes in recognizing what works while pushing beyond the norm – perfecting and advancing rather than starting from scratch. He’s here to stimulate thought, accelerate learning, and facilitate meaningful exchange across perspectives.
