Between us, we’ve built and run parts of eBay, Mozilla, Google, Sotheby’s, and Singularity University. We’ve
started companies, taught at top business schools, advised governments. We don’t all do the same thing –
that’s the point. The mix is the value.
The Team.
Pascal Finette.
Co-Founder & Chief Heretic
Pascal has spent 25+ years operating at the front lines of technology change. He founded eBay’s Platform Solutions Group in Europe, led Mozilla’s Open Innovation Lab and Office of the Chair, and served as Principal at Google.org investing in social-impact organizations globally. He’s a long-time faculty member at Singularity University.
He is the bestselling author of Disrupt Disruption and OUTLEARN, his new book on building organizations that get stronger under stress. Pascal serves on various digital advisory boards, advises startups, and is co-founder of The Women’s Impact Alliance.
Jane Finette.
Co-Founder & CEO
Jane has spent three decades building products, communities, and the teams that ship them. Her past work includes leadership roles at eBay, Sotheby’s, and Mozilla, where she founded and ran large international teams, built products, and grew large-scale open-source communities.
She is the founder of The Women’s Impact Alliance (formerly The Coaching Fellowship), a 501(c)(3) non-profit that has provided leadership development and coaching to over 2,500 women from 90+ countries. Jane serves on boards focused on reproductive healthcare access and conservation, and is the author of Unlocked: How Empowered Women Empower Women.
Maria Fernanda (Mafe) Saldarriaga.
Principal, Business Development & Client Lead
Mafe works with clients to design custom engagements — keynotes, workshops, multi-day programs — that match the actual problem they’re trying to solve. Previously, she led Business Development at Fastrack Institute, helping cities adopt exponential technologies under Salim Ismail (first executive director of Singularity University).
At Hult International Business School, Mafe led sales and marketing of Master’s Degree Programs throughout Latin America across eight countries. She mentors founders and operators across three continents.
Jeffrey Rogers.
Principal, Learning & Facilitation
Jeffrey believes the future is too important to leave to the futurists. He designs the kind of learning experiences leaders walk out of and actually use — at the desk, in the meeting, on the next decision.
Jeffrey has been a top-rated facilitator and moderator of executive education programs and international summits at Singularity University since 2017. He’s also served as guest lecturer and workshop leader at UC Berkeley Haas, Stanford’s d.school, and ECAL in Lausanne.
Kacee Johnson.
Principal, FinTech Innovation Leader
Kacee is a fintech and AI strategist who has guided SaaS companies from launch to exit and advised Fortune 500 organizations through major technology transitions. She has been named one of the Most Influential People in Accounting and a Top 25 Thought Leader.
Her work spans speaking, advising, and producing the kind of events that don’t waste a CFO’s time. Based in Southern California, she mentors emerging leaders, advocates for women in technology, and organizes beach cleanups.
Julian Sotscheck.
Analyst & Community Lead
Julian works across business, design, and philosophy. As a Stanford University Innovation Fellow and former leader of a non-profit incubator, he runs the kind of strategy work that ends in a decision, not another deck.
Julian believes in perfecting what works rather than starting from scratch. He’s here to ask the question the room has been avoiding.
