His work covers emerging technologies, complexity, innovation, and what leadership has to look like when the environment keeps shifting.

Jeffrey believes the future is too important to leave to the futurists. His work is built on the idea that the leaders who shape what’s next are the ones who keep learning faster than the environment changes – and that this is something most leaders can develop, not something only a few people are born with.

Since 2017, Jeffrey has been a top-rated facilitator and moderator of executive education programs and international summits at Singularity University, where he’s worked with leaders from Fortune 500 companies and innovative organizations worldwide. He’s also served as guest lecturer and workshop leader at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Stanford’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (d.school), the Empowerment Summit at ECAL in Lausanne, and Brand Minds in Bucharest.

Previously, Jeffrey spent a decade building learning and development solutions, consulting on e-learning startups, and designing experiential youth leadership programs. He’s a social scientist by training (UC Berkeley, UT Austin) and a future-focused educator by calling, with abiding interests in leadership, human ecology, and complexity.
