Jane Finette.

CEO & Co-Founder

Jane is obsessed with accelerating change at scale through conscious leadership. Her passion, expertise and two decades of experience are anchored at the intersection of technology and human potential. Jane’s past work includes leadership roles at eBay, Sotheby’s and Mozilla. She has founded and run large international teams, expanded organizations globally, built products, ran marketing departments and grown large scale open source communities. She was part of the founding team of jungle.com, the UK’s first large-scale Internet company. Jane is also the President and Founder of The Coaching Fellowship, a 501c3 non-profit which nurtures and brings together some of the world’s most extraordinary emerging young women leaders in social change. A passionate advocate for women and girls, Jane is the author of the new book, Unlocked - How Empowered Women Empower Women.

Pascal Finette.

Chief Heretic & Co-Founder

Pascal is Co-Founder (and Chief Heretic) at radical. Further Pascal is EY’s global wavespace Advisory Board Chair, member of the Digital Advisory Board at Pearson, board member and advisor to various startups and the co-founder of The Coaching Fellowship. He has spent his career pushing the boundaries of technology and passionately believes it can profoundly impact the betterment of humankind. Pascal’s past work includes founding eBay’s Platform Solutions Group in Europe, launching a global consulting firm, and investing into early-stage tech startups. He led Mozilla’s Open Innovation Lab, their accelerator program WebFWD, and headed up Mozilla’s Office of the Chair. As Principal at Google.org, he invested into social impact organizations around the globe. He publishes the opinionated newsletter, “The Heretic”, and is the author of the book “The Heretic - Daily Therapeutics for Entrepreneurs”.

Jeffrey Rogers.

Principal, Learning & Facilitation

Jeffrey Rogers, Principal Learning & Facilitation at radical, wants to get you involved. He believes the future is too important to be left to the futurists, and his grand professional goal is to empower more people to think/act/live and lead like the future is theirs to create. Jeffrey is passionate about lifelong learning and designing unique learning experiences that build knowledge while also building community. He’s been a top-rated facilitator and moderator of executive education programs and international summits at Singularity University since 2017 and has also been featured as a guest lecturer and workshop leader at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford, and the Empowerment Summit at ECAL in Lausanne.

Maria Fernanda (Mafe) Saldarriaga.

Business Development & Client Lead, Partner

Mafe leads Business Development at radical. She works closely with clients globally to create customized engagements that equip them with the knowledge and tools to build their ‘future organization. Previously, Mafe led Business Development at Fastrack Institute helping cities transform by adopting exponential technologies to create positive change for its citizens. She worked directly with Salim Ismail, first executive director of Singularity University and award-winning book author, and developed Fastracks in numerous cities around the globe. At Hult International Business School, Mafe was responsible for sales and marketing of Master‘s Degree Programs throughout Latin America, leading Hult's efforts in eight countries. Mafe is a mentor to many organizations and currently serves as a board director for the medical cannabis company PharmaCielo, based in Colombia. Mafe is passionate about inspiring individuals to live a radically different life.

Julian Sotscheck.

Analyst & Community Lead

Julian is an avid visionary eager to exchange questions, thoughts, and ideas with people from all perspectives. As a student of business, design & philosophy he strives for thoroughly thought through solutions and considerations. Having been part of the leading team of a non-profit incubator, he facilitates teams and solutions that are driven by intent. As a Stanford University Innovation Fellow he believes in a holistic and detailed perspective allowing us to seize opportunities and provide adequate solutions for today & tomorrow. Working as an innovation lead, venturing beyond the norm is exciting for him every time, but he believes that it’s equally important to recognize what works and perfect and advance rather than to start anew. He’s here to stimulate thoughts, learning, and exchange.

Top Dog

Finnbar is Top Dog at radical. His work focuses on the intersection of team wellbeing, security, and eating treats. With decades long dog years experience in tail wagging, ball fetching, and eating whatever he can score, Hucky is an invaluable member of the radical team. Hucky is completely dedicated to the wellness, presence of mind and general joy of life at radical not only for the team, but also our partners, clients and wider community.
